Bonjour mommy's,
My name is Kayla, owner of Coffee & Chaos Apparel. I'm a coffee loving mompreneur who lives off of dry shampoo or a good hat. My goal as a mother is to raise a happy little man and to stay true to my girl gang!
Motherhood isn't easy, especially with all the hateful comments & judgement out there. I pray that you find a safe space with Coffee + Chaos, a place where mom's actually support one another. It takes a village to raise a child and it takes a girl gang of supportive mommy's to cheer each other on!
Becoming a mom is my greatest achievement but boy is it tough. Those first couple of weeks were hard, Pinterest did not prepare me very well! I was not prepared to wake up every hour and a half to two hours during the night to nurse my son or how to learn that a certain pitch of crying means something specific, afterall he can't speak yet so that's how he communicates. I honestly did not expect it to be that hard but as I sit here and scroll through some pictures of my little man I find myself wanting to go back to those days so I can hold him a little longer! All the lack of sleep and stress of not knowing what I'm doing or if I'm doing it right, it was all totally worth it.
Today, my little man turns three months old. Time is flying by so fast as a new mommy. So for now, I'm going to hold him a little closer and stare at his sweet face a little longer because they grow up so fast. I will cherish every moment with him, even those early morning feedings and diaper changes because I know it will not last forever 🖤
