TURN AROUND TIME
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped from our warehouse. Weekends and Holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. When placing an order, please account for processing time, non-business days and shipping time.
SHIPPING
Once your order has been processed, we will ship your order and provide a tracking number. We ship first class 5-7 business days or you may upgrade your shipping status to priority 2-3 day shipping.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
We do not accept any returns but we do allow exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order if it is not personalized with a name. You will be responsible for shipping charges for the exchange, shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact us at sales@coffeechaosapparel.com first to create an exchange authorization. Once your exchange is approved, we will send you the exchange information along with an exchange authorization number. Please provide a tracking number once you ship your exchange back to C+C.
